A note from Dr. Orit

Healing work begins with listening. My role is to meet you with careful attention, help your body feel safe enough to respond, and offer practical tools you can carry into your life between visits.

Dr. Orit Dahari

What True North helps with

Care organized around what brings you here.

Symptoms matter, but so does the whole person. Treatment may include acupuncture, Chinese medicine, gentle movement, breath practice, and self-care guidance tailored to your goals, your season of life, and your body's changing needs.

Hormonal and menstrual health

I want support for cycles, transitions, or pelvic well-being.

Care may support menstrual comfort, PMS patterns, fertility preparation, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and menopause alongside your broader medical care.

Stress and sleep

I am stretched thin, anxious, or not sleeping well.

Sessions create time for your body to settle, while treatment and home practices support steadier sleep, breath, mood, and nervous system regulation.

Pain, digestion, and movement

I want to feel more comfortable in my body.

Care may combine acupuncture, adjunct therapies, and simple movement support for pain, digestive patterns, posture, mobility, and daily resilience.

A different kind of clinical care

Safe enough to relax. Professional enough to trust. Caring enough to feel seen.

True North is a careful, grounded treatment space where your concerns are taken seriously, your comfort matters, and your care plan is explained clearly.

You are not rushed.

Appointments are built around listening first, so treatment can respond to the whole pattern rather than only the loudest symptom.

Your questions are welcome.

Needle concerns, treatment cadence, insurance questions, and first-visit expectations are handled directly before you commit to care.

Your body is treated with respect.

Gentle acupuncture and adjunct therapies are chosen with consent, comfort, and clinical judgment at the center of the visit.

You leave with a path.

Care may include acupuncture, breath, posture, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or Pilates-informed practices that support progress between sessions.
